General Surgery Residency - Preliminary Position

The Department of Surgery, at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pa has an available PGY 2 Preliminary Position. It is an ACGME-approved position.

Prerequisites:

Interested candidates must have successfully completed PGY 1 in General Surgery, in good standing at an approved ACGME-accredited program.

• Case logs – Defined Category Minimums and 2-year minimum
• ECFMG certification, if applicable
• 3 Letters of recommendation (this can be sent separately by the administrator)
