Neurobehavioral / Neuropsychiatry Fellowship

The USC Neurobehavioral / Neuropsychiatry fellowship program, accredited by the United Council for Neurological Subspecialties (UCNS), is a one year program for PGY 5-6 level trainees specializing in the care and treatment of patients with dementia and neurobehavioral disorders.

Our tertiary care referral center serves a large geographical area in California, with a busy clinical practice, a multidisciplinary clinical and translational research program and teaching program for medical students, residents and fellows. Under the leadership of Program Director, John Ringman, MD, the fellow will be assigned rotations at multiple sites to ensure a robust educational experience designed to meet the ACGME Program Requirements for Residency Education.

Prerequisites:

  • The fellow must possess a current valid and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the United States or Canada or its territories.
  • The fellow must be a graduate of a residency program in neurology or other specialties accredited by the ACGME or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC).
