The Department of Anesthesiology at Columbia University is offering a one- or two-year combined liver transplantation and major vascular anesthesiology fellowship.
The fellowship emphasizes comprehensive training in perioperative care of patients undergoing liver transplantation as well as major vascular surgical procedures. Fellows are expected to directly participate in complex clinical cases and supervise and teach residents in both clinical and didactic sessions.
The program is designed to train fellows to become leaders in academic transplant/vascular anesthesiology. Columbia University is an internationally recognized leader in solid organ transplantation and major vascular surgical procedures. Electives in TEE and intensive care are available.

This unique position is open to applicants who have completed an accredited anesthesiology residency and are board eligible.
