Ob-Gyn Residency Position

PGY-2 Ob-Gyn position is available starting May 1, 2020

Prerequisite:

Qualified applicants must have completed an Ob-Gyn PGY-1 residency.

1. A copy of your ERAS application with MSPE, LORS, Personal Statement.
2. USMLE Steps I, 2, & 3 Score Report (if have not taken Step 3 – a reason why)
3. 2 New LORS from your present institution
4. Letter from your current Residency Director
5. Cover letter to include your reason for leaving your current program
6. ACGME case log report
7. CREOG scores
8. A current updated CV
