Dermatology Clinical Studies Fellowship

Dermatology Clinical Studies Fellowship

The Dermatology Clinical Studies Fellowship at the Ronald O. Perelman Department of Dermatology is a 1 to 2 year program that allows a thorough exposure to dermatologic clinical research. Currently active studies in the NYU Clinical Studies Unit are examining new therapeutics in inflammatory skin diseases, such as psoriasis, alopecia areata, and pityriasis rubra pilaris. Studies involve both adults and children. The Fellow is encouraged to independently generate new ideas for clinical research, with investigator-initiated studies emphasized.

The Clinical Studies Fellowship is overseen by Dr. Andrea Neimann, Director of the Dermatology Clinical Studies Unit.
