The fellowship is designed to create the surgical leader of the 21st century in Global Surgery. At the conclusion of the fellowship, the fellow should be able to lead and organize surgical mission trip, create in remote environment to provide basic surgical care, teach local physicians on life saving procedures, and to lead and implement educational program for patient across the globe. The fellowship will span 2 years with rotations set up in various subspecialties.
In addition to learning basics in various subspecialties, the fellow will also partake in obtaining Master's in public health with concentrations in Global Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
Fellowship Objectives:
The fellows will continue to hone their skills in providing Ob care while abroad under the supervision of faculty members in Ecuador and Guyana.

Fellowship designed for board eligible/board certified surgeon who has finished accredited ACGME Residency.
