The Endovascular Neurosurgery Fellowship at Cedars-Sinai provides an extensive preparation in all aspects of neuroendovascular surgery procedures for adults and pediatrics. Fellows are exposed to the treatment of aneurysms, brain arteriovenous malformations, arteriovenous fistulas of the brain and spinal cord, tumors of the central nervous system, strokes, occlusive vascular diseases, revascularization procedures, traumatic injury and maxillofacial vascular abnormalities.
After training in the Endovascular Neurosurgery Fellowship, fellows will be positioned to lead successful clinical practices in neuroendovascular surgery as well as contribute to the field with original research, building the future of our specialty.

The program is a one- to two-year fellowship, dependent on the applicants having met the preliminary requirement of 200 diagnostic cerebral angiograms. One continuous year of senior neurointerventional fellowship training is required.
