The Division of Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine at UCLA is excited to announce the reestablishment of its Adolescent Medicine Fellowship. The opening for a first-year fellow is for July 2023.
Since the fellowship was just recently approved after the opening of the match, this position is being offered outside of the match. The fellowship will include multidisciplinary clinical experiences in Gender Health, Reproductive Health (including LARCS), HIV/STD Care, Sports Medicine, Transition clinic, Concussion/Head Trauma clinics, Eating Disorder inpatient and outpatient care, an obesity program, substance use/abuse disorders, and complex care of patients in our comprehensive Medical Home Program.
The fellow will have the flexibility to choose a specific area of concentration within these areas. Research training will be another core component of this fellowship. Fellows will complete individual mentored research projects, and participate in our departmental curriculum that provides didactic sessions, works-in-progress sessions, professional development activities, and additional career mentorship.

Selected candidates will require three references, to include their current/former residency program director, if available the adolescent medicine director where they did their residency.
