Radiology Research Fellowship

Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s Radiology Research Fellowship consists of a 1-2 year fellowship with 80% dedicated academic time and pursuit of Master’s degree at the University of Pennsylvania.

Salary support will be provided almost at the level of an attending radiologist, including tuition benefits through the University of Pennsylvania once appointed as an instructor. Interested candidates should consider an early application submission in order to meet the timeline for registration and tuition support.

This opportunity allows the participant to establish a research career with access to a wide breadth of institutional resources and multidisciplinary relationships while allowing the flexibility to explore innovative and groundbreaking ideas in pediatric imaging research.

Prerequisites:

Individuals who have completed a year of pediatric radiology, interventional radiology, or neuroradiology training and demonstrated promise as a researcher are encouraged to apply.

• Medical school transcript sent directly from your medical school
• Three letters of reference, addressed to Sabah Servaes, MD, Program Director, from professionals familiar with your work
• Parts I, II and III of the USMLE’s taken within the seven-year time frame as required by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• If a graduate of a medical school outside of the United States, Canada or Puerto Rico, a valid ECFMG certificate
• If not a citizen of the United States, copy of permanent resident card or appropriate visa
• Photograph for identification purposes only
