Body Imaging and Intervention Fellowship

Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles is offering 2 Body Imaging and Intervention fellowship opportunities for the 2022-2023 academic year. The fellowship covers all aspects of CT, MRI, and Ultrasound as well as image-guided interventional procedures. Fellows actively participate in intra- and inter-departmental conferences, including body imaging morning rounds, journal clubs, and multi-disciplinary tumor boards. MR breast/MR breast biopsy and MR cardiac studies are also part of the training program.

The comprehensive transplant service adds to learning disease patterns, treatments, and complications. Excellent conferences, complex imaging, and supportive attending enhance the cross-sectional experience and adds an advantage in the competitive job market. Weekday call is one day per week from 6-9pm. Fellows are assigned weekend call (Sat/Sun) 1 weekend in 4 from 12pm to 8pm. Moonlighting opportunities are available regularly. In addition to a stipend of $74,000, program perks include a $10,000 housing stipend, 28 days of paid vacation, 5 paid sick days at the start of the academic year, and 5 additional days at the beginning of the new calendar year, and meal funds in the amount of $1,650.00.

Prerequisites:

To apply for the July 2022 fellowship, applicants must be currently enrolled in or have completed in a diagnostic radiology residency accredited by the ACGME.
